Building blended finance vehicles
Team members have helped create, structure and manage facilities and funds that combine public and private capital for nature and climate. Their experience covers capital-stack design, funder engagement and environmental and social risk management.
Developing enterprises and investment pipelines
Our team has established and supported incubation and acceleration programmes for forest and restoration enterprises. This work connects early-stage support with the financing businesses need as they develop.
Working with investors and institutions
Experience across public donors, private investors, development finance institutions and government agencies brings an understanding of different mandates. Team members have also prepared blended finance proposals for multilateral climate and environmental funds.
Connecting design with delivery
Our practitioners bring experience in origination, investment structuring, due diligence and implementation, alongside environmental and social safeguards. This helps us test financing structures against the realities of projects and local partners.
