What we do
Facility & Fund Design
Structuring blended vehicles for nature and climate.
Design of grant, repayable-grant, and blended finance facilities, including capital stack and instrument selection, partner alignment, target-setting, and environmental and social (E&S) risk and impact frameworks.
Investment Structuring
Aligning transaction structures with investor mandates and project cash flows.
Structuring of nature and climate investments for public and private investors through SPVs, fund vehicles, or bespoke arrangements. Capital-raising support for project developers and impact funds, including the design and negotiation of offtake agreements.
