Andrew Sutherland
Co-founder · Global & UK
Andrew brings more than 15 years of experience designing, financing and scaling nature-based initiatives across more than 25 countries. He has led climate, environment and natural capital work at Palladium, served as Chief Operating Officer of Partnerships for Forests, and founded Revere and Regeneration. His expertise spans stakeholder engagement, business incubation and delivery across emerging and developed markets, mobilising private capital for nature restoration, carbon projects and forest-positive value chains. He also helped build regenerative agriculture investment pipelines with Lombard Odier Investment Management, Systemiq and Palladium.

Elmedina Krilasevic

Elmedina brings more than 20 years of experience connecting nature and climate outcomes with investment, policy and implementation. She specialises in blended finance, nature-based solutions, forest and landscape restoration, climate adaptation and sustainable land use. Her experience includes directing climate and nature finance at Palladium, developing the Nature+ Accelerator Fund at IUCN, assessing environmental and social risks at IFC, and a senior role at Enova. She works with investors, multilateral institutions, donors, governments and NGOs to build bankable solutions grounded in development and resilience needs. Her work spans Latin America, Southeast Asia, East Africa, Southeast Europe and Central Asia.

Ivo Mulder
Co-founder · Global
Ivo brings more than 20 years of experience in nature and climate finance, including 16 years at UNEP, where he built and led the Climate Finance Unit. He specialises in establishing and managing blended finance facilities and funds, developing partnerships, and connecting public and private investors with government agencies. His track record includes creating or supporting AGRI3, the Restoration Seed Capital Facility, the &Green Fund and IFACC, advancing investment in sustainable agriculture and forest restoration. His wider experience spans UN-REDD, UNEP Finance Initiative, Triple E, Forest Trends, IUCN and KPMG.

James Cairns

James brings more than 15 years of experience in natural capital finance and regenerative agriculture, with particular depth in Africa and Central America. He specialises in strategy, valuation, due diligence and investment structuring, translating ecosystem functions into financial risk, cash-flow and valuation insights. His experience includes nature investment leadership at Lombard Odier Investment Management and Palladium, co-founding Climate Asset Management while at Pollination, and founding Mopane Capital. At Lombard Odier, he led the design, launch and management of a regenerative coffee fund, connecting landscape and supply-chain strategies with investable structures.
